What counts as spam or abuse?
- Unwanted marketing, scams, or phishing
- Impersonation (someone pretending to be CanBe or a supporter)
- Harassment, threats, hate, or intimidation
- Attempts to collect private information (medical details, passwords, financial info)
How to report it
The fastest way is to send us a note through our contact form. Please include only what’s necessary to understand what happened.
Contact us about spam/abuse
- Where you saw it (email, a page on CanBe, another site)
- Date/time (approximate is fine)
- The sender’s address or username (if applicable)
- Links involved (do not click suspicious links if you’re unsure)
- A short description of what happened
What happens after you report
- We review reports and investigate patterns of abuse.
- We may block abusive sources and tighten our protections.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days when a reply is needed.
